Talent Acquisition Manager

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (Recruiter) to manage full-cycle recruiting and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source and engage technical candidates while building and maintaining talent pipelines

Own the end-to-end recruiting process and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers

Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth transitions from offer to onboarding

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in recruiting

Previous experience in a hyper growth SaaS company

Working knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools

Proactive ownership and initiative in driving recruitment processes

Must be located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone
