Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes utilizing ATS platforms to track candidate pipelines
Manage relationships with business leaders to understand staffing needs and craft job descriptions
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources roles focused on technical recruiting
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly Workday
2+ years of experience managing a talent acquisition team
Deep understanding of employment law regulations related to hiring practices
