Key responsibilities

• Team Management: Train and supervise maintenance staff; assign tasks and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintenance Oversight: Plan, schedule, and oversee all installation, maintenance, and repair work on buildings, equipment, and systems.
• Safety and Compliance: Implement health and safety procedures, ensure compliance with regulations like OSHA, and conduct safety inspections.
• Budgeting and Inventory: Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, order necessary tools and supplies, and monitor inventory levels.
• Inspections and Record Keeping: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Problem Solving: Respond to maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure repairs and projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between senior management and the maintenance team, reporting on team needs and challenges.
