You will need to be comfortable working at heights of 20 feet or more at times. / ppBenefits you can count on : / pulliPay Rate : $20.00 per hour. / liliSun-Thursday 7pm start time. / liliGenerous benefits that start on your 60th day : medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA / HSA and company-paid life insurance. / liliEarn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days. / lili401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. / liliAdditional benefits : pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! / li / ulpWhat youll do as a Forklift Operator : / pulliRetrieve and transport product to assigned slots. / liliIdentify product to be selected, sorted, and placed. / liliFollow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement. / liliEnter assigned product for each shift into the system. / liliWork safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment. / liliOther duties may be assigned. / li / ulpQualifications youll bring as a Warehouse Teammate : / pulliAt least 18 years of age. / liliHigh School Diploma or GED preferred. / liliPrevious experience operating a forklift and RF Utility (preferable, not required). / liliThis position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
