Job Description :

As a Lending Advisor / Internet Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting potential customers in navigating the prequalification process for auto loans. Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Guiding applicants through the online prequalification process to determine their eligibility for an auto loan.
• Ensuring that the prequalification process is completed efficiently and accurately.
• Serving as the main point of contact for applicants, dealership partners, and internal teams throughout the prequalification and car purchasing process.
• Communicating effectively with customers to set clear expectations and provide guidance on the car buying journey.
• Facilitating communication and coordination between all parties involved to finalize the purchase smoothly and efficiently.
