Key Responsibilities
Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives
Perform scheduling, re-scheduling, and cancellation of patient appointments
Document required information in computer systems while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of experience in a call center or office setting
Familiarity with computers and Windows PCs
Must be available to work any 8-hour shift within standard business hours
