Digital Creative is a dynamic team of talented, digital marketing designers and digital production artists. We work closely with our copy counterparts to make our catalogs, emails and digital assets come alive with the Pottery Barn Teen brand voice. We also collaborate closely with our cross‑functional partners in eCom, Front End, Brand Marketing, Photo Studio and PR to name a few! About the Role

The Digital Email and Social Designer will create and design unique and captivating designs to support digital marketing campaigns across emails, social, ads and websites.

Responsibilities :

• Support the Senior Designer to create seasonal and weekly digital marketing assets for emails, social, website and digital ads.
• Designs for weekly and monthly email, e‑marketing and social campaigns.

Work directly with Creative Manager to introduce new and innovative designs and features.

Present campaigns for approvals and feedback to Creative Manager and Creative Director.

Continually drive and evolve design brand standards for the website.

Work with Creative Manager to manage design and creative deliverables to schedule, including internal milestones and freelance and vendor milestones

Criteria :

2-3 years of digital design experience, preferably in retail brands

Figma

AirTable

Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator and Dreamweaver

Basic HTML, CSS and coding

The expected starting pay range for this position is $82,000‑$86,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
