Compensation : $70,000$90,000 annually + Quarterly Bonus (up to $2,250 / quarter)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LBA) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for pediatric clients (primarily ages 212, with occasional older clients). Caseloads are available immediately, and we respect your current notice period.

This is a full-time, salaried position with performance-based quarterly bonuses. The role is ideal for someone self-disciplined, passionate about ABA, and looking for an opportunity to grow in a smaller, supportive organization.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide direct supervision of RBTs and behavior technicians.

Deliver in-home, school, daycare, and community-based ABA therapy.

Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and document services.

Collaborate with families and caregivers to support skill development.

Meet monthly performance goals (evaluated and approved by leadership).

Requirements

Must hold current BCBA and LBA certifications.

Reliable transportation to travel throughout assigned regions.

Pediatric ABA experience preferred (ages 212).
