Key Responsibilities
Serve as the principal relationship manager for assigned practices, aligning organizational services to support practice objectives
Oversee the delivery of revenue cycle services, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and advocating for practice needs
Monitor and analyze practice performance metrics, providing actionable insights to support continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
Minimum of 10 years' experience in client relationship management, account management, or revenue cycle operations within healthcare
Demonstrated expertise in revenue cycle management and strategic planning
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to develop actionable insights from complex data sets
Track record of influencing organizational strategy and driving process improvement
