Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work  ON-SITE with our client in Orlando, FL . Interested?

Here's what you'd do :

  • We are seeking a Sub-Assembly Assembler to build and wire assemblies such as power‑distribution load boxes, control / communication panels, joysticks, and related mechanical assemblies.
  • The role needs reading blueprints, schematics, and BOMs, installing LEDs, push‑buttons, switches, handles, and fasteners, routing, dressing, stripping, and crimping wires, performing functional and workmanship inspections, and documenting results in work orders within our MRP system.
  • Behavioral expectations include reliable attendance, teamwork, clear communication, safety compliance, and a proactive attitude toward learning and process improvement.
  • Conversion to permanent employment will occur after 12 months if the contractor meets all technical milestones (30‑, 60‑, 120‑day evaluations) and behavioral standards (90‑day performance).

Here's what you'll get :

Pay :  $20.35 / hr.

Hours :   4 / 10 hrs / Week. (1st shift).

Length : Contract (12 months).

Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with hands-on assembly (aerospace, defense, industrial, or automotive).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with IPC-WHMA-A-620 and Read Engineering Schematics.

    • Preferred Skills / Qualifications :

  • Associate Degree.
  • IPC‑610 / OSHA‑10.
  • Proficient with crimping, soldering, torque tools, and basic continuous‑improvement methods (6S / Kaizen).
  • Team Player.
  • IPC-A-610.
  • IPC-J-STD.
  • Stripping and Crimping Wires.
