Warehouse Worker

The primary role of a Warehouse Worker involves working in the cooler, picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, and loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery. This position requires packing and unpacking items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards. The individual will perform inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, investigate discrepancies, and adjust errors as needed. Items must be stored in an orderly and accessible manner in various areas, and stock items should be marked using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment. Maintaining cleanliness and safety compliance in storage areas is essential. The worker will also keep records on the use and / or damage of stock or stock handling equipment, and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors. Providing assistance or direction to other workers in the stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard is also expected.

Work Environment

The work environment is clean, comfortable, and modern, with safety guards around equipment to ensure worker safety. Although the floor may be wet due to machine rinsing, it is well-drained and dried. The position involves working in both dry and cold storage areas, with temperatures as low as 34 degrees. Workers must be comfortable in these conditions. The available shift is 1st Shift : 12pm-10pm (Monday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.47 - $22.47 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
