Inventory Accountant

A company is looking for an Inventory Accountant to support financial operations related to inventory and fixed assets.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accounting tasks related to materials, inventory, fixed assets, and taxes

Participate in system implementation and establish new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Conduct month-end close responsibilities and ensure compliance with accounting policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent practical experience

5 years of experience in operational accounting, specifically in fixed assets and inventory

5 years of experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems

Experience writing BigQuery / SQL scripts and navigating datasets

Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
