About the Role
We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is also a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Minnesota — or eligible for licensure — to join our thriving center. In this key clinical leadership role, you’ll design and guide treatment plans, lead a team of Behavior Therapists, and help ensure each child reaches meaningful milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and write individualized treatment plans (ITPs).
Supervise direct care staff (BTs / RBTs), ensuring fidelity of implementation and quality care.
Analyze client data to inform decision-making and update treatment as needed.
Communicate regularly with families to support collaboration and progress.
Lead team trainings and clinical development efforts.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with DHS and insurance standards.

Compensation & Benefits
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
Active BCBA certification .
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Minnesota (or eligible to obtain).
Experience working with children or young adults with ASD.
Strong interpersonal and clinical leadership skills.
Ability to work onsite in Hopkins, MN.
