A company is looking for an ASL Customer Support Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in ASL by addressing account-related and technical support inquiries
Determine root causes of customer issues and collaborate with other departments to resolve them
Document call details accurately and promote additional services to customers
Required Qualifications
Ability to communicate efficiently in American Sign Language
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferred)
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple screens
1 year of experience troubleshooting basic hardware or software issues (preferred)
