Automation Engineer (n8n | GoHighLevel | AI)

Salary : $20,800 - 41,600 per year

Requirements :

• We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience in n8n, GoHighLevel, or comparable automation tools (at least 1 year preferred). A solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and webhook integrations is essential. The ideal person will exhibit strong attention to detail, with excellent debugging or optimization skills. We value organization, proactivity, and effective communication. You should be capable of working autonomously and managing multiple client automations. Bonus points if you have experience with Twilio, ClickUp, healthcare EHR / PMS systems, or agile programming methodologies.

Responsibilities :

In this role, I’ll rely on you to build and maintain n8n workflows to automate bookings, reminders, and CRM data synchronization. You will be responsible for managing the backend setup within GoHighLevel for both internal and client sub-accounts. Your tasks will include creating and monitoring webhooks, API connections, and automations across various platforms, troubleshooting workflow reliability across live client accounts, and configuring error handling and logging to avoid missing leads or booking failures. Collaboration with our operations and client success teams will be crucial to efficiently deploy new automations.
