Working Hours / Rota The hospital is open Monday and Friday from 7 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m., and Tuesday through Thursday from 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. The hospital is closed on weekends, allowing for a strong work-life balance. This is a full-time position, structured as a four-day work week with no after-hours or on-call duties. The schedule is flexible and can be adjusted to suit individual preferences, ensuring doctors have time to recharge outside of work. Role Description and Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive, high-quality care across all areas of general practice, including preventative medicine, dentistry, surgery, internal medicine, and urgent care. The position offers an excellent balance of autonomy and teamwork, with opportunities to pursue individual clinical interests and specializations. The hospital strongly encourages case workups and provides access to specialist referrals when needed. This role is open to both experienced veterinarians, with customized mentorship programs available for early-career doctors. Practice Details The hospital operates from a 10,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility designed to support the highest standards of veterinary medicine. The practice features digital general and dental radiology, ultrasound, a fully equipped surgical suite with advanced monitoring, an in-house laboratory, cold laser therapy, a dedicated dental suite, an on-site pharmacy, and paperless medical records. With six exam rooms-including two feline-only spaces-the hospital offers a calm and organized environment for both patients and staff.
