Apply agricultural science principals and techniques to improve agricultural product biological, chemical, and physical properties. Use horticultural, organizational, and leadership skills to deliver maximum fruit yield and quality results. May perform additional duties that are similar and consistent with stated position requirements.

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or closely related field plus thereafter 5 years of progressively responsible experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following :

• Organic and conventional soil and substrate production
• Low chill, evergreen, and organic high chill blueberry varieties
• Blueberry market commercialization and packing
• Fresh and frozen organic blueberry production in compliance with . safety regulations
• All the following agricultural technologies for fertigation and agronomy improvement : Dron imagery, stem diameter sensors, lysimeters, soil moisture sensors, and digital tensiometers

Requires Bilingual Spanish / English.

Salary Range : $165,000 to $183,600
