A company is looking for a Specialty Accounts Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and close Individual Retirement Accounts, ensuring compliance with laws and assisting members with transactions
Manage deceased member accounts, communicating with survivors and adhering to legal requirements
Assist members with Health Savings Accounts and review various specialty accounts for accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1+ years of related experience is required
IRA and HSA certifications preferred, with the ability to acquire certifications in the future
Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding IRAs and HSAs
Ability to organize work, establish priorities, and understand financial products and services
Capability to verify the authenticity of documents related to Specialty Accounts
