Job Summary :

We are searching for a dynamic Marketing Program Manager focused on digital creative projects to join our team. This role encompasses overseeing the end-to-end execution of over 1,500 digital creative assets, ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and legal protocols. The ideal candidate will spearhead these initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration and driving continuous improvement to support our customer acquisition strategies and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of digital creative projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop operational rhythms to enhance performance and enforce accountability across teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among marketing, creative, media, and legal teams to deliver impactful creative assets.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, providing clear direction amidst ambiguity.
  • Identify risks and continuous improvement opportunities to maintain high-quality delivery standards.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Proven success in program or operations management within marketing.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing complex projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, able to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
