Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and experience working with databases and statistical analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Use statistical techniques to interpret data and provide recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data management.
  • Automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, or AI-driven analytics.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce) is a plus.
  • 3 years of experience working cross-functionally (e.g., with marketing, sales, product, and operations) to understand business needs and align data projects with organizational goals.
  • Experience with Predictive Analytics : Knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning, or forecasting methods.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
