Key Responsibilities
Scale and enhance People Operations to support market growth and mitigate risk
Build a compliance roadmap to improve employment compliance and ensure audit readiness
Manage escalated leave cases and oversee compliance-related data analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or higher; HR or related certifications preferred
Minimum of ten (10) years in HR with experience in compliance and policy governance
At least three (3) years of experience in leadership roles
Commitment to maintaining compliant policy and integrity functions
Experience with budget and vendor management
