GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We're looking for a motivated and self-disciplined Epic Ambulatory Analyst II to join our team and help us deliver a leading-edge EHR platform to nephrology practices. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and supporting solutions that enhance physician efficiency, empower medical staff, and ultimately improve patient outcomes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Innovation and Strategic Improvement

• Drive the evolution of our Epic platform by researching, designing, and building enhancements that support strategic initiatives like Value-Based Care and new regulatory programs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of system upgrades and special projects, from needs assessment and build to testing and change management.
• Stay at the forefront of EHR technology trends to identify and champion high-value functionality that improves the physician and patient experience in nephrology.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $69,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt : New York City and Long Island : $64,350.00 / year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties : $64,350.00 / year, Remainder of New York state : $60,405.80 / year New York Non-exempt : New York City and Long Island : $16.50 / hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties : $16.50 / hour, Remainder of New York state : $15.50 / hour

Washington Exempt : $77,968.80 / year Washington Non-exempt : Bellingham : $17.66 / hour, Burien : $21.16 / hour, Unincorporated King County : $20.29 / hour, Renton : $20.90 / hour, Seattle : $20.76 / hour, Tukwila : $21.10 / hour, Remainder of Washington state : $16.66 / hour
