Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled UI / UX Design Lead Engineer to guide our product design vision and deliver intuitive user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels at leading design teams shaping design processes and collaborating closely with engineering and business stakeholders. This role involves defining design standards overseeing complex design solutions and ensuring that user experience remains at the core of all product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UI / UX design initiatives for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate closely with product managers engineers and stakeholders to align business goals with user needs.

Develop and maintain design systems style guides wireframes workflow diagrams and interactive prototypes.

Conduct and analyze user research usability testing and feedback sessions to inform design decisions.

Review and provide direction on visual design interaction models and overall user experience.

Ensure accessibility responsiveness and human-centered design best practices across all deliverables.

Manage design timelines priorities and resources while mentoring junior designers.

Present design strategies and outcomes to executive leadership and clients.

Partner with engineering teams to ensure high-quality design implementation.

Continuously evaluate industry trends and emerging design technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of experience in UI / UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital product design.

Experience leading design teams processes and large-scale design initiatives.

Expert skills in tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD InVision Miro and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of design systems interaction design and visual design principles.

Solid experience with user research methodologies usability testing prototyping and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Familiarity with responsive design native mobile app guidelines (iOS / Android) and basic front-end concepts (HTML / CSS / JS).

Ability to translate research findings into actionable insights and design direction.

Strong communication presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to balance creative thinking with structured problem-solving.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
