Sales Representative

This is for Belizeans only! We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will utilize the company phone system and CRM to assist patients with their inquiries and qualify them for insurance coverage. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and demeanor, and working on a dialer or CRM.

Job Requirement :

• Excellent command of the English language, with strong comprehension of grammar and sentence structure.
• Ability to multitask effectively by typing and talking simultaneously.
• Experience making inbound and outbound phone calls in a BPO / Call Center environment.
• Strong phone etiquette and demeanor
• Experience working on a dialer or CRM.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in computer literacy including command of cloud-based systems.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in a BPO / Call Center environment
