Key Responsibilities
Own and streamline the creative production pipeline for rapid testing and scaling
Manage the creative tracker and testing backlog to enhance ad launch efficiency
Analyze creative performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in paid social creative strategy or performance marketing roles
Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and TikTok; YouTube and Google Ads experience is a plus
Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks and paid social engagement metrics
Proficiency with creative workflow and analytics tools, as well as marketing platforms like HubSpot and Excel
Experience managing creative production cycles in-house or at an agency
