A company is looking for a CRM Coordinator to provide administrative and technical support for the Customer Relationship Management platform used in Enrollment Management & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry, import, and cleanup tasks to maintain CRM accuracy
Assist with monitoring data integrity issues and support user inquiries
Help maintain CRM documentation and prepare training materials for users
Required Qualifications and Education
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in administrative support, data entry, or technical systems preferred
Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
Experience working with databases or CRM tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
