A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead and develop multiple teams of software engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership, mentorship, and management for software engineers, conducting regular feedback sessions

Drive innovation by adopting modern tools and maintaining technology stacks to mitigate technical debt

Collaborate with Product Managers to align engineering strategies with product roadmaps and ensure high-quality standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience or 1+ years in software engineering management

Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) fundamentals and processes

Practical experience with automated testing tools, particularly for unit testing

Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities

Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
