Missile Defense Systems AnalystEngineer – Architecture and Assessment

Responsibilities

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Missile Defense Systems Analyst Architecture and Assessment to support our Fort Belvoir VA location.

PeopleTec is seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst / Engineer to support next-generation missile defense architecture analysis and system-of-systems assessments. The successful candidate will contribute to the evaluation of architecture concepts sensor and interceptor performance and command-and-control (C2) options using advanced modeling and simulation tools including GTRI Benchmark model and / or AFSIM.

Duties :

• Perform architecture trade studies system performance assessments and capability gap analyses for missile defense systems and future integrated architectures.
• Utilize Benchmark model to simulate ballistic and hypersonic threat engagements and evaluate system performance across multiple mission threads.
• Develop and execute analysis scripts and data post-processing routines using MATLAB and other analytical tools.
• Integrate modeling and simulation results from AFSIM Benchmark or other environments to inform architecture design decisions.
