Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are currently seeking a BCBA to join our team! Our BCBAs are responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients in Aurora, providing training and mentorship to developing RBTs, and coordinating / collaborating with parents, schools, and community members in Aurora. CAC has a unique structure that ensures BCBAs get to maintain small caseloads, have access a wide variety of collaborative professionals and diverse clientele, and provides opportunities to integrate your specialized skills in innovative and distinct ways. This role is a full-time, Monday–Friday position, but flexible or alternative schedules may be considered.

What This Role Looks Like :
Carry a manageable caseload of clients in a supportive clinic environment
Optional 1 day per week virtual (Telehealth) to serving a rural Colorado community
Create and lead individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Supervise RBTs and mentor junior team members
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers

We are looking for candidates who :
Hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree and BCBA certification (Required)
Have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for at least two year
A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and adults alike
A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
A lifelong passion for learning, and a desire to serve underserved communities
Valid driver's license, current insurance, MVR record, and background check
Compensation & Schedule :
Make up to $83,000 + bonuses in wages for a 5-day 40 hour schedule and full caseload
Daytime hours only – no nights or weekends for a better work-life balance
