We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller to join our team in Woodbury, Minnesota. As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and aligning financial strategies with our organization's goals.

Responsibilities :

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of the general ledger, including the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Preparing financial statements and management reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Managing daily accounting tasks, such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring internal controls to protect assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
• Leading the accounting team and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with department leaders to support financial planning.
• Implementing process improvements and leveraging technology to enhance financial operations.
• Partnering with leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support growth and profitability.
