    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking an SVP of Member Services to lead the evolution and management of all aspects of member services and the overall member experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for executive leadership, operational rigor, and strategic vision to ensure the delivery of excellent care and significant cost savings to members. This pivotal role requires a business athlete with a strong background in healthcare or member services, particularly in the areas of operational expertise, customer experience operations, and a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system. The SVP will be tasked with driving revenue generation through top-tier customer service, leading practice CX, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the member experience.

    Key responsibilities for the SVP include accelerating leadership development, spearheading the expansion of member services, and supporting all workforce management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have exemplary people skills, a proven track record in a senior leadership role, and expertise in learning and development methodologies, knowledge management, and voice of the customer strategies. They should be a methodical thinker with a vision for the future of member services, possess strong project management skills, and have the grit to tackle big problems. The role demands a leader who is a strong communicator, can explain the company's mission in an influential and personable manner, and is committed to the pillars of light that guide the team in providing the best care and support to members.
