Were looking for an experienced recruiter who thrives on building relationships hunting top performers and shaping the future of our team. Youll own the entire talent acquisition funnel from outreach and screening to closing and help us attract world-class marketers strategists and creatives who fit our culture of excellence.
What Youll Do
- Act as Jetfuels in-house headhunter : identify engage and convert top marketing talent across paid media creative strategy analytics and operations.
- Partner directly with department leads and leadership to define role profiles and success criteria.
- Develop and manage proactive sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter referrals agency networks and competitor mapping.
- Create and optimize job postings that attract qualified candidates and reflect our culture.
- Conduct initial screens and coordinate structured interview loops ensuring consistency and candidate experience.
- Provide data-driven updates to leadership : pipeline velocity offer acceptance and quality of hire metrics.
- Maintain and continuously improve our candidate database (SmartRecruiters) tagging for future hiring cycles.
- Craft and deliver compelling outreach messages that sell the Jetfuel story.
- Support onboarding and hiring process refinement to ensure seamless transitions.
