SUMMARY :    The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of safety rail installations for our builder clients. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts across various stakeholders.

OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS :

• Review schedules, prioritize tasks, and process scheduling requests
• Prepare and distribute installation documents for the following day
• Communicate with builders to confirm scheduled installations and verify compliance against purchase orders
• Monitor installer pickups, process purchases / deliveries, and update inventory systems in the JM system
• Review previous day's pickup jobs, document any discrepancies, and coordinate with builders to locate missing materials.
• Optimize routes, assign teams, and prepare pull sheets for the following day
