  • Proven track record in the US and EU markets.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and processes simultaneously.
  • Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
  • At least an Upper Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
  • Flexibility to overlap with US time zones for 24 hours daily, up to as late as 78 PM CET.

  • Source and Assess Talent : Identify and engage top candidates, ensuring a perfect fit for client goals.
  • Interview Candidates : Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, mindset, and A-Player potential.
  • Keep Clients Informed : Provide regular updates and maintain alignment throughout the process.
