About the Role :

We’re looking for an experienced Staff Manufacturing Development Engineer that is an expert at scaling complex products from Pilot production, to high volume. This person will be responsible for refining manufacturing processes & systems, and driving product design DFM.

This role will be directly responsible for designing electro-mechanical assembly processes & fixtures, and implementing manufacturing controls to ensure delivery of the highest quality product.

Responsibilities

• Design and build manufacturing fixtures & automation solutions
• Develop and maintain reimagined assembly processes
• Translate Pilot production learnings to high volume manufacturing solutions
• Create robust process controls
• Implement in-line product testing & validation strategy
• Drive DFM to ensure scalability through product development
• Troubleshoot issues to find & resolve root causes to prevent recurrence
• Welcome new challenges and work independently across disciplines to both investigate issues and identify solutions.
