What You Will Do :

To lead and direct in the coordination of operational activities of the Project Logistics Services (PLS), including receiving, shipping, and managing project material.

Perform special modifications (kitting) as required and support other various logistical services.

Assistwith email management as needed.

Worksclosely with All Supervisors and assists with associate questions, training, and process compliance.

Provide support to the Supervisor in PLS, maintaining product locations, and returns.

Assist in resolving all disputes as they arise throughout the project process. Work with project team and other North Coast departments to resolve problems

Lead by example an effective and efficient team, with an emphasis on motivating, training, and uplifting of Associates.

Build relationships with internal supervisors and managers as well as with external project team members to provide consistent, responsive service to the team and customers.

Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring :

Minimum three years' experience in a unique environment of operations, distribution, or logistics.

Knowledge of North Coast's system, processes, and products is preferred.

Strong work ethic to work independently and cooperatively as a team player.

Attentive to detail and quality of all tasks.

Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize and delegate multiple tasks. Strong communication and customer service skills.

Good PC skills : Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), Email &Internet Use.

Ability to handle pressure.

Experience / knowledge of warehouse equipment and machines.

Ability to work across departments.

Strong reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment :

Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Work involves lifting, bending, and twisting to move products and materials.

Mix of warehouse, office and outside work environments

Frequent computer, phone, and scanner usage

Power Industrial Equipment operation may be performed including forklifts, and pallet jacks, cherry pickers, walking riders, reach trucks, EZGo carts, hand trucks or dollies.

Usual 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday however based on business needs evenings and weekend hours may occasionally be required works

Requires punctual and reliable on-site attendance

Salary & Compensation :

  • This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
  • Pay is $23.94 / hour - $29.95 / hour, DOE.
