Exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with Med / Surg expertise to provide exceptional care on a specialized oncology and gynecologic surgical unit. This contract role is based in Liverpool, NY, offering exposure to a diverse patient population and advanced clinical interventions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients on a 34-bed Medical Oncology / GYN Surgical unit and manage 2 outpatient infusion chairs.
• Manage complex patient needs, including central lines, various drains, dressing changes, Tenhoff and pleur-X catheters.
• Administer frequent transfusions of blood products safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning and execution.
• Document patient care accurately using CERNER electronic health records.
