[job_card.job_description]Operational Management : Direct and manage the day-to-day functions of the home health agency, ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation regulations (e.g., Medicare, Joint Commission). Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a mid-to-large team of clinical staff, nurses, therapists, and administrative personnel. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Clinical Oversight : Ensure the highest standards of clinical care, patient safety, and service delivery are consistently met. Strategic Growth : Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and optimizing operational efficiency to support growth initiatives. Quality Improvement : Implement and monitor quality assurance programs and performance improvement initiatives. Licensure : Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license . Experience : A minimum of 8 years of professional nursing experience . Specialty Experience : Significant, recent experience working specifically within the Home Health sector. Leadership Experience : Must have substantial, documented experience in leadership roles within a Home Health setting (e.g., Assistant Director, Clinical Manager, or Director). Team Management : Proven ability to successfully run and manage a mid-to-large clinical and administrative team .
