Compensation : Base salary up to $150,00-$180,000 with production bonuses | Generous sign-on / retention / relocation bonuses | Negotiable based on experience

With more than 60 years of service in the community and a recently expanded hospital, we're ready for our next phase of growth—and we're looking for a leader to help shape that future.

We're a 2-doctor (looking to add our 3rd!), full-service practice serving primarily companion animals with a collaborative team culture that values laughter, balance, and top-tier medicine. The Medical Director Opportunity

As our Medical Director, you will :

• Serve as the clinical leader of the hospital, driving medical quality and patient care standards.
• Provide mentorship and oversight for associate veterinarians.
• Partner with the Hospital Manager to manage hospital operations, including budgeting, staffing, and workflow optimization.
• Promote a collaborative, supportive, and positive team environment.
• Help identify and implement new service offerings aligned with your areas of interest.
