Experience :

Chairside assistance during exams and procedures-maintaining a sterile, efficient environment

Performing expanded duties : taking radiographs, applying sealants, supporting restorative care

Preparing, sterilizing, and maintaining dental instruments and equipment

Educating young patients and their parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

Managing patient records and documentation

Assisting with scheduling, patient flow, and inventory control

Upholding rigorous safety and infection-control protocols

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall clinic operations

Qualifications :

Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license

Radiology certification & current CPR certification

Prior pediatric dental experience is a strong plus

Strong attention to detail, excellent clinical skills

Warm, friendly demeanor and ability to connect with children and parents

Employee Schedule : M-Th 7 : 45am-5pm

Salary Description

$20-$23 hourly
