Front Desk Guest Service Agent - NEW HOTEL

A brand new Hampton by Hilton in East Peoria is officially hiring! We are seeking both full time and part time Guest Service Agents to join our new team! We would love for you to be a part of the new Hampton by Hilton opening in May 2026!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides high-quality customer service.
• Handles guest reservations.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
• Other duties as required with the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (nice to have but not required).
• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
