As a Security Officer - Residential Site Patrol - Full Time in Coppell, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and helping to deter security-related incidents. You will monitor the front desk area, manage access, and respond to inquiries, all while upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the front desk.
  • Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and / or credentials of individuals entering the premises.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Communicate with residents, guests, and staff in a professional and courteous manner to support a welcoming environment.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, visitor check-ins, and any security-related incidents.
  • Assist with emergency response activities as directed, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities when appropriate.
  • Support Allied Universal and client policies by helping to deter unauthorized entry and / or prohibited activities at the front desk area.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
