The Senior Sales Enablement Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and support programs that empower Medica's commercial sales teams to achieve performance goals. This role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure sales teams are equipped with the tools, content, and knowledge needed to engage clients effectively, drive revenue growth, and enhance client experience. Performs other duties as assigned.

Key Accountabilities

• Sales Training & Onboarding

Develop and lead onboarding programs for new hires across Inside Sales, Broker Experience, and Commercial Sales teams

Assess team performance and identify knowledge gaps; design targeted training interventions

Lead training initiatives for new technology rollouts and process improvements

Collaborate with Client Experience Specialists to support high-value employer groups and broker relationships

This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week.

The full salary grade for this position is $68,800 - $118,000. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $68,800 - $103,215. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and / or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
