We would like to welcome someone to join our team that will represent DreamMaker with professionalism, accountability, and integrity.We have an immediate opening in the Portland area for a remodeling Sales & Design Estimator to provide exceptional service to our clients at our showroom and in their home. Each project is unique to the client and requires a creative, detail-oriented skill set to properly estimate and design each space. We are in search of someone who will properly guide our clients and ease them through the sales and estimating process of remodeling. Our ideal candidate knows the intricacies of interior remodeling design and construction as well as product knowledge of various remodeling materials.This position will collaborate with all departments in a team spirit with the primary goal of fulfilling our company Mission and Vision Statements, in accordance with our Code of Values and be committed to achieving the sales and profitability objectives set each year.

Sales & Design Estimator Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow all Sales & Estimating Systems, Procedures, and Processes
• Represent DreamMaker with Professionalism, Accountability, and Integrity
• Respond to and follow-up on all leads from prospective clients as per company procedures
• Organize and Prioritize client appointments, Sales Process schedules, office work, etc., to maximize time efficiency.
• Collaborate with Design and Production Staff members throughout sales, estimating, design, and production processes
• Keep Clients updated and informed throughout the Sales and Estimating Process
• Prepare clear and detailed scopes of work
• Assist client in initial conceptual design ideas
• Staff home shows and other marketing events
• Follow the DreamMaker Code of Values
• Keep up to date on Kitchen and Bathroom trends and ideas

Requirements and Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales and/or Design experience related to the Remodeling Industry
• Understanding of Architectural Design and Construction Basics
• Basic Computer skills in MS Office applications
• Excellent Time Management, Communication, and Listening skills
• Exceptional Customer Relations skills
• Effective and Creative use of Problem-Solving skills
• Must be self-motivated and Capable of setting and meeting Goals

Compensation

• Commission + Bonuses ($75,000 - $125,000+ per year)
• Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits available after 90 days
