What you'll be doing :
Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods, from Boolean / X-ray search to parsing profiles on GitHub;Building strong collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to implement a comprehensive candidate search strategy;Creating and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates and developing a talent pipeline for future hiring needs;Managing hiring metrics and reporting on progress;Continuously improving sourcing processes and exploring new tools to achieve optimal results;Enhancing the overall candidate experience.What we're looking for :
At least 6 months of experience as a sourcer or recruiter;Strong sourcing skills and the ability to quickly identify relevant candidate profiles;Analytical mindset and eagerness to work with data, spreadsheets, and reports;Copywriting skills to craft outreach messages that candidates can't ignore;Ability to prioritize tasks effectively;A creative, result-driven approach.Competitive corporate benefits :
