Receiving Clerk

Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare items for shipment. Duties include receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material; and arranging for the transportation of products.

Summary of Duties :

• Receive materials and input information into Royal IV system according to the purchase order.
• Data entry into various applications Excel, Microsoft Word, Royal IV.
• Accurate documentation of all transactions.
• Ensure materials are released from customs and are received on time.
• Deliver all necessary material to internal departments with a fork-lift.
• Loading and unloading of merchandise when delivered.
• Dispose of used / unused materials / waste.
• Problem solve and trouble shoot problems and issues with shipments and purchase orders.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

LEVEL 1 : Education : High School Graduate Experience : 0-1 years' experience 1 year data entry or comparable experience Forklift certified Computer Skills : MS Windows. Microsoft Office Environment, basic knowledge of Excel Basic experience in part tracking system (ex : Royal IV) Preferred Skills (not required) : warehouse environment-manufacturing experience Intermediate excel usage / knowledge Basic knowledge of MRP systems Description : Entry-level position within field.

LEVEL 2 : Education : High School Graduate Experience : 2-3 years' experience 1 year data entry or comparable experience Forklift certified Computer Skills : MS Windows. Microsoft Office Environment, basic knowledge of Excel Basic experience in part tracking system (ex : Royal IV) Basic knowledge of MRP systems Preferred Skills (not required) : warehouse environment-manufacturing experience Intermediate excel usage / knowledge Intermediate knowledge of MRP systems Description : Mid / Intermediate-level position within field.

LEVEL 3 : Education : High School Graduate Experience : 4-5 years' experience 1 year data entry or comparable experience Forklift certified Computer Skills : MS Windows. Microsoft Office Environment, intermediate knowledge of Excel Intermediate experience in part tracking system (ex : Royal IV) Intermediate / working knowledge of MRP systems Preferred Skills (not required) : warehouse environment-manufacturing experience Advanced excel usage / knowledge Intermediate knowledge of MRP systems Description : Mid / Intermediate-level position within field.

LEVEL 4 : Education : High School Graduate Experience : 5+ years' experience 1 year data entry or comparable experience Forklift certified Computer Skills : MS Windows. Microsoft Office Environment, intermediate-advanced knowledge of Excel Thorough experience in part tracking system (ex : Royal IV) Demonstrated, advanced knowledge of MRP systems Preferred Skills (not required) : warehouse environment-manufacturing experience Advanced excel usage / knowledge Associates or higher education Description : Senior-level position within field.
