LOW VOLTAGE ESTIMATOR

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of  Low Voltage Estimator in NYC, NY.

Low Voltage Estimator Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the  Low Voltage Estimator in NYC, NY .  is between $90,000 and $120,000.

Low  Voltage  Estimator Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare estimates for a range of projects in high volume.
  • Types of projects include all types of low voltage systems such as Voice / Data, Video and Security systems, Audio Visual, Nurse Call, Distributed Antenna Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Preconstruction Teams to coordinate meetings and review documents.
  • Manage financials, approve invoices, and track budget variances.
  • Prepare reports for management
  • Negotiate change-orders
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors

    • Low Voltage Estimator Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years’ experience in low voltage construction, infrastructure cabling, and telecommunications, in a project manager role
  • Must have experience bidding on commercial projects - low voltage
  • Accubid, Excel & Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Strong employment stability
  • Demonstrates prioritization, organization, time management, and problem-solving skill
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
