Member Services Representative Overnight

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests during overnight hours.
• Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities.
• Monitor gym equipment and ensure a safe workout environment.
• Resolve member issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular facility checks to ensure operational standards are met.
• Support promotional activities and member engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic atmosphere.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and gym operations.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR/AED certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain.
