Description

We are looking for a full-time relationship-centered family physician to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic in Machesney Park, IL.

We have recently partnered with the Harlem Co. School District and are opening a new health center with them in Machesney Park, IL. We are seeking a 40 hour a week primary care physician to lead our new team.

Compensation

$240,000-$275,000 / yr (negotiable; based on FTE and years of experience)

Annual visits 60 min. Follow up visits 30 min

Schedule :

If possible, the client would like 2 early days (7 : 00am or 7 : 30am) and 1 late day if possible (late day until 7pm)

• Mon : 8 : 00am to 6 : 00pm (1 hour lunch) (9 hours)
• Tue : 7 : 00am to 5 : 00pm (1 hour lunch) (9 hours)
• Wed : 9 : 00am to 7 : 00pm (1 hour lunch) (9 hours)
• Thu : 7 : 00am to 5 : 00pm (1 hour lunch) (9 hours)
• Fri : 8 : 00am to 12 : 00pm (4 hours)
• No Nights
• No Call
• No Weekends

Requirements

Job Requirements :

MD or DO

Clear & Active License in state of employment

Board-certified in Family Medicine or both Internal Medicine & Pediatrics

DEA Certified

Comfortable performing well-woman exams and prescribing birth control
