Field Assistant

We are searching for a construction field assistant who has a passion for learning and a strong work ethic! Your job will include helping the team with forward planning, ensuring the construction site is clean, and coordinating the preparation of buildings for the final walk through. $15 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Take part in the forward planning process to ensure the building will be well-maintained in the future
• Walk homes or buildings with the construction manager and client after completing the final preparations
• Document job changes and daily construction work tasks to assist the project manager with paperwork
• Secure on-site material deliveries, prepare materials for returns, fill out purchase orders, remove debris, and handle waste removal properly
• Water the yard and clean the job site as needed to maintain a good exterior appearance
• Go Door-to-Door to setup property inspections
• Work in your territory along with your assigned sales representative
• Come to weekly sales meetings and trainings in office
• strategize territories and techniques for better communication
• Be willing to learn new skills
