Position Summary

As our Human Resource Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience at City Night-Life - ATL. From recruitment to retention, you’ll ensure that our team members feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive work culture.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters, including workforce planning and organizational development.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
